But tomorrow, Ashton Eaton (9039) and Brianne Theisen (6440) will join together in matrimony.
What a POWER couple!!!

The only couple in T&F I can think of that would come close to them would be Hal Connelly and Olga Fikotova, who married after the 1956 OG.

The wedding, appropriately, will take place in the Track Capital of the World......Eugene!!
Best of everything to them.......including double Golds in Moscow!!

This could be a fun thread, here or on Historical. Here is my contribution. Sedykh/Kondratyova, a few years later Sedykh/Lisovskaya, all Olympic champs plus a lot more. Sihine/Tirunesh Dibaba is also not too shabby.

This power couple won OG gold medals in the same event and were also WR holders during the 1960s. But as stated earlier, the Zatopeks are the clear winners.
