Mo Farah.

Even though I have known for sometime that Mo Farah was really good I wasn't really convinced of the quality of his talent (and especially his speed) until this huge 3:28.81 1500m in Monaco. Now I'm really a believer.

Of course, no one is invulnerable(as we have found out even with Bolt), but he will be hard to beat in Moscow in the form he's in right now. Very impressive.

After the Olympics last year, I was thinking he got lucky in the slowest Olympic 5000m and 10000m in a long, long time (1992 for the 10K, 1968 for the 5000!), and Geb and Bekele in their prime would have destroyed him. But with this sub-3:29 I see he is the real deal, and would have given Geb and Bek serious trouble unless they sustained a near-WR pace to take the punch out of Mo's kick.

He has shown the ability to win from any pace. For all we know, if he made serious attempts at the world records, he could come close or break them. The way he finished in the 2012 10k was comparable to what Bekele could do in his heyday. It was certainly not luck. I can't see anyone beating him right now whether on a fast pace or slow pace.

Daegu was definitely faster, 27:13.xx to 27:30xx.
I can only guess (without peeking) that Daegu, Daegu andLondon are the answers to the last three. In London, nobody really tried a long kick to take the sting out of the finishers.
