    It's simple economics. GP II meets, as a rule, don't have big budgets. Can't afford to fly Americans in across the pond, and if they did they'd then have no prize money to give out. Name pros will (rightfully) be expecting both.

    Unless there's an American who has a solid base of operations in Europe already and can cut down on travel costs, not going to see many of them at this time of year in small meets like this.
