Here is a sentence from a preview for the NCAA meet.

The U.S. sends up to three high jumpers to Athens, both men and women, but gets four apiece in the vaults, courtesy of Nick Hysong and Stacy Dragila at the 2000 Olympics.

This isn't true is it. Olympic wild cards would be big news and I have not seen anything about it.

Somebody just assuming that the rule for WC applies to OG as well.
