Kerron Clement declares to run internationally for the United States. He is already on the entry list at the USATF Junior Championships and will be running at the Olympic Trials according to a Dyestat poster.

He is a wonderful talent and a great addition to the USATF. Glad to see him following Sanya Richards and not Ato Bolden and Felix Sanchez!

do you mean in the 400h because i can think of two obvious ones right off the top of my head right now that won this year although one won after clement.
i also assume you mean on the men's side

The guy from Georgia tech Octavio Terry I think was his name. Pretty sure he was one.

I'm betting the question posed is event specific...and gender specific, 'cause there have been many NCAA freshmen winners in many events....so without researching...I'll guess, (1) Danny Harris, (2)?... I give up. Been a long time since college, and all I had to do was play sports trivia with my track buddies :-)
