I used to think this guy was putting us on but now I believe he really is the most narcissistic person alive..and seems totally unembarassed about it and unaware he has become a bore..
I don't know what I am missing and maybe I am jaded but I am not impressed by a healthy young man of his dimension/weight, who trains has hard as he claims, running 53.35 (self hand-timed) for 400 meters..
