    I'm hopeful that we are entering a new golden age of track and field. It sure looks like it. The evidence of same is pretty compelling.

      1.Tariku Bekele, 17, 3000m 7:45 (brother of Kenenisa)
      2. Ebony Collins, 13!!, Long Beach Calif, H.S Freshman -- 300H, 40.81 (approx 55.5 400H top10 in world this year) and 11.57 100m

        I believe Collins is at least 15. Still impressive times.
