A Japanese TV station has video on youtube of the 100m sprint races here:
The Men's decath is now 8 events in with some scope for NRs.

K. Ushiro JPN 6571 (11.10w, 7.08, 14.80, 2.02, 50.25, 15.16, 48.98, 4.70,
D. Karpov KAZ 6530
A. Nakamura JPN 6374
On PRs Ushiro is a decent chance to take down his NR again (8308 from June this year, he also broke it in April with 8143). Andreev's chasing 8445 NR (but with a 19m lower Jav PR than Ushiro!)

That's the same Andreev who was in the PV Oly final in '08, right?

It looks to me that Saudi Arabia’s Abdulaziz Ladan Mohammed got shafted by the officials. As they crossed the 400m mark it looks like Mohammed had his heel clipped from the runner behind him and as he tripped/stumbled, he put his hand out and appears to have lightly touched (definitely not pushed as far as I could tell) the runner in front of him. There was certainly no impeding of the runner he touched and I doubt that runner even knew if he had been touched as it is possible Mohammed just touched the runners bib.
I also looked at the crossover points for the alleged lane violations of Musaeb Balla and Abraham Rotich. I couldn't see anything so if those violations happened they must have been incredibly marginal.
