  • Indoor-Istaf Berlin 2015

    The (big) action starts tomorrow 6.15pm local time, entry lists here: http://www.istaf-indoor.de/startlisten/

    Timetable: http://www.istaf-indoor.de/zeitplan/

    There will be a livestream starting at 6.35pm local time, i will post the link once it has been published.

    PV could be the big event with both Lavillenies & Lisek and Sobera. Unfortunately the three Germans won't be able to keep up with those four.

    Edit: Link for livestream: http://www.leichtathletik.de/termine...oor-2015-live/

    am I blind or is this another of those meet sites that doesn't bother to give a results link? No Ergebnisse!

      Until 2 hours ago they also didn't have the entry lists on the page, so give it time. I'm guessing they will add live results tomorrow before the meet.

        My kvetch (with so many sites, not just this one) is that it would make life easier for all, no?, if they simply had a Results link, even if it goes to a page that says "not ready yet"

          What would make life really easy: The tennis circuits have a centralised live results system for all competitions above a certain level, which means all results from anywhere in the world can be viewed life on one page and other webpages can access the API and implement the results. Now that would be something for T&F.

          Anyway, to ease your pain, here is the link for the livestream tomorrow: http://www.leichtathletik.de/termine...oor-2015-live/

            Es gibt keine Ergebnisse jetzt, aber ich glaube dass die werden erscheinen, sobald die Disziplinen begonnen haben. [caveat - rusty German being used]

              rather limited meet frankly; no 400/800/1500/3000m. no HJ. no shot;

              Modern entertainment; lots of bullshit , fire works, school stuff, acc to the startlists.

                That's why i won't be attending tomorrow, even though it's only 15 minutes from where i live. The problem is, O2 World (the venue) is a multipurpose hall, they have concerts there, play basketball and ice hockey, so they don't have time to build a 200m track. That eliminates all running events over 60m, and since they insist on the discus event, which takes a lot of time, because it requires the whole space, they have even less events than they could have without the discus. And finally, the ridiculous circus they think makes it fun, but makes it annoying to actual fans (aka me).

                    Thanks for posting all of this. But if it was me, I would attend at least for mPV and w60. But hey, Katy Perry is going to be there in a couple of weeks!

                    FYI my mother grew up in Berlin and was there during the 1936 Olympics.
