Ben Blankenship...wow!

Just saw the Birmingham 1500m race and Ben Blankenship looked like a world class competitor. He was just behind the Africans with an impressive 3:35.28. I hope he can build on this into the outdoor season...he could easily be on the WC team this year.

Centro had an off night...well back with a 3:40.80.

^ Yes! Blankenship has this indoor season run his fastest ever mile (3:53.13) -- indoors or outdoors -- a couple of weeks ago -- and now the same for 1500. Moreover, his 8:16.53 two mile from three weeks ago is I believe significantly superior to any 3k he has ever run, indoor or outdoor. I hope he continues to have an excellent year!
