You have not seen the vault charts for the decathlon then. Ten cm intervals, ten intervals per meter, sometimes they start well down into 3.xx meters. I know, you probably meant in the open vault. I would guess those officiating HS invites (Atticus) have seen some long progressions. I have done the Wisconsin Track Club and have gone from 2.00 to 5.40 meters in one meet.
