Ethiopian Genzebe Dibaba has a great chance of setting a 5000-meter world record Sunday in Carlsbad. The listed road record is 14:46 by Meseret Defar at Carlsbad in 2006. Dibaba ran an indoor 5K WR last month in 14:18.86.
