Yes, indeed. Not sure how impressive the men's hurdles will be. But Sheena, has proven herself today with a 53.54.

GREAT stuff! I thought it would be much closer between the leading three, but Sheena was on fire and Leshinda was far from it.

With mid-53's, Sheena could make the Olympic podium!
