    How does Arkansas keep getting big performances out of their guys/gals.?

      Think about who their sprint coach is and where he used to be. He's a great coach with some talented athletes.

      I just wish Veronica where in that race. I hate regionals.

                    Spearmon... not bad for someone who wasn't even in the Top 50 last year in high school. Season best as a senior in HS was 21.51

                      Spearmon runs to the competition. He ran high school track in Arkansas and the competition there doesn't compare to Texas, Florida and California. He would have run significantly faster as a HS senior had he been pushed.

                        Imagine, three weeks ago, being told that the Hogs would win both 200 meter races at the NCAA meet. Guess who they would be? Uh, Gay and Campbell?

                          If he will compete in Sacramento, pushing will not be a problem.
