Did some research too, and found their home page.
Cain's main competition should be Germany's Gesa Krause, who's going after her Meet Record of 4:12+.
Shawn Barber, Melissa Bishop, and Chris Brown (Bahamas 400 guy) will be there too.
    It's tomorrow evening.
AIT stands for Athlone Institute of Technology, and is located in Ireland.

Mary too. How do they have this time to tour Europe?

          • Looks like Cain ran 4:14 or so. Looked a lot better. Taking a loooong time to post results anywhere.

            4:13.46 official for Cain.

            • 4:13.45 in 5th or 6th place.
Looked good early on, near the front, but fell back to 6th or so, and didn't have any kick the last lap!
Still, far better than her 4:20.73!!

              • Cain still short of an indoor 1500m qualifier for USATF. 4:11 is the standard.

As things stand she can exercise USATF s̶p̶o̶n̶s̶o̶r̶ ̶e̶x̶e̶m̶p̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ Rule 11.3(b)

Isn't that to fill the field out...in this case to 12? Including mile qualifiers, it appears that there would/could be more than 12 entries.

                    • She's listed on the Glasgow 1500 entry list!
                      Maybe she can Q there?

                      • 4:20 to 4:13 is a good jump. As long as Glasgow isn't tactical, on that improvement curve she may well get the 4:11

Cory McGee just ahead of Cain in 7th, with 4:11.59.
