Oslo, the former star location of summer Scandinavian distance races, is holding nothing longer on the men's side than the mile? The times really are a'changin'.

Lagat only U.S.ian in the mile.

No Pole Vault... However the mHJ looks promising as ever!

Nice mid-distance races, 100H and mLJ and wTJ.

            W 100 H, not M

            Barshim and Bondy!

Holding Men's sprint races without Gatlin, Gay, Bolt, and Powell is why bother.

Lolo season debuting tomorrow in the Marseilles meet, so Oslo will be her second race.

Tough event to make a dent.

Lolo makes a dent when she wakes up in the morning!

Hellen Obiri has yet to make an appearance. Oslo could be a record attempt for "Baby Baby", again without Ayana. Maybe I will get lucky and they will race in St. Denis.

There are a number of championship medals in that field, including individual, not (just) relays.

Hellen Obiri gave birth to a daughter early in May. This is way she is not competing this year!

They should never run a Diamond League meet in Oslo in early June. It will be rainy and cool on Thursday with maybe 60 degrees (15C). It's just too early in the year! July is perfect for Oslo. But as GH has pointed out, nothing makes sense with DL scheduling.
