            I can't believe how fast this year is... 10.09 didn't make the final. These kids are rollin this year!

                as it is, he takes 0.03 off the American CR (i.e., not including foreigners)

                  That ties the fastest non-Q ever. Isiah Young of Ole Miss did 10.09 in '12 and didn't move on.

                      I'm not sure, but I think he is too old since he turns 20 next month. I would assume it is the fastest time for a teenager by a long way though.
