Jefferson had a very good preliminary at Regionals if I remember correctly.

Jefferson beat her indoors and has run faster this year, plus she has fewer events.

I agree with Booond. Prandini is a huge talent but it will be her last event and with the new set up she will likely be doing more on one day than she is used to. Jefferson also is a 22.2x sprinter so now she is heading into Kimberlyn Duncan territory. I actually would watch out for Kamaria Brown. Kamaria has been hampered by injuries a bit but it seems she has been injury free and gradually improving and i suspect she is either going to make a splash at ncaas or at trials. I will never forget how she was on Duncans heels at 2013 ncaa during the final and the monster performance she put down at the sec indoors in 2014(50.94 in the 400 and 22.51 then 22.50 after running the 400 final). Since that sec indoors last year she hasnt quite been herself put i hope she puts it together. Prandini can only be a threat to Jefferson if she drops either the 100 or the lj and even then i still would have my money on Jefferson so far.

Jefferson ran an extremely relaxed heat in 22.26 with a legal+1.7 wind. I'm not convinced anyone can beat her if she really pushes in the final on Saturday.

22.68 does pretty well on the circuit these days.

I think that the fatigue factor might matter, but is is not like Kyra is running just one event either.

Fatigue might not matter, as Jefferson has run faster than the others, but it is an additional factor, especially for Prandini. Brown has the same schedule as Jefferson.
