              don't see USC's Hall taking 3rd anymore...she had 6th fastest time with a +3.7...4 th in her heat.

                in the hurdles, too strong a tailwind can blow you into the barriers and actually give you a slower time.

                  Yes, and even if you might be able to really use that wind, it can be a very risky and unnecessary strategy in a sprint-hurdle race (look at Stowers last week).
