  • 2015 London DL Day 1 up & running

or is that splashes up? :-)

live results, in theory, will be here

Can the mile tomorrow break the rare lack of a sub-3:50 in modern years? (see small bit on front page)

Yea looks like most streams wont start until 3 (EST). So the womens 400, 4x100 and 110h rounds wont be shown.

Just noticed that the 4x100 has some pretty good teams with GB fielding 2 teams, the USA with 2 and Netherlands as well.

The U.S. women's team is pretty weird (Young, Townsend ,Williams, SRR) and no men's squad is listed for tomorrow yet.

well crap…. after Monaco not workign that way, this is another where (at least on my machine) if you open an event to look at results, to hit the button back to the overall timetable requires a scroll, because the page jumps down.

Hastings wins the 400m over McCorory in 50.24. Ohuruogu only 4th in 51.00 so slightly slower than last week. Not sure how to gauge that for her potential come Beijing.

Hmm interesting result for the 400. Had McCorory winning here, but good run by Hastings in a SB time.

The first hand off from the GB team wasn't to good. looks like Jodie Williams went out very early and looks like they almost didn't make it in the zone.

ATK, look at it this way: Ohuruogu was 1 sec behind McCorory in Monaco, but here she was 0.3 behind. She also finished 4th there, but has taken the scalp of one of the women who was ahead of her and she was closer to the lead overall. It's defibiteky a step in the right direction

Thanks, that's a very good assessment, and in her post race interview she also started that she was happy with her result even compared to last week. Ill take a chance and bet she knows herself better than I do.

They've apparently cancelled the pole vault, at least for today.
