        Merritt wins in 44.18! Kirani second 44.28 and Van Niekerk chased hard for third in 44.35.
        Kirani, the Diamond leader with 14pts.

          Merritt went out very well and Niekerk was left out of it until the last 50m. James stayed close all the way for second.

                Very much unlike what we have seen before in Zurich. Most of the athletes look tired and disinterested this late in the season with Olympics looming 11 months seay

                        disagree...I think they would rather uphold their tradition of having fantastic performances and performers who really want to be their.
