Even though it is apparent that USA distance runners have made great strides in the past few years, being only behind Kenya and Ethiopia in depth and quality...2015 wasn't a particularly good year.
The WC results produced only one medal, and that a great surprise with Emily Infield doing the honors.Our best chance for a medal in the men's, Evan Jager, was off his earlier form, even finsihing behind teammate, Dan Huling, who had a surprising 5th place finish.
Hopefully 2015 was the calm before the storm ...a stronger showing in the Rio OG.
