IAAF YouTube Channel for Beijing TV

There is an IAAF channel on YouTube that seems to contain full replays of each day's IAAF TV coverage (not clear what source). An example of a link is:

But when I try to watch I am told that the video is "not available in your country." So I tried logging in from servers in Canada and Columbia where the live broadcast was apparently available (as per IAAF press release) but it still wouldn't work.

Does anyone know how to access these replays?

Here is how to download all of them, you need the free programs youtube-dl gui (portable version) and Cyberghost:

Your server/VPN/proxy must not have been accurate because I am in Canada and that link and all the IAAF Live Stream videos worked for me and still do.
