In the NCAA West thread it's reported that talk in Duck circles is that Todd intended to turn pro following the NCAAs. Could it be that minor injury or Oly Trial prioritization influenced the timing of her decision?

She's quoted as saying it's not injury related.

Based on her twitter feed, she was at the meet and prepared to compete. She even posted about having to compete very early in the morning.

With Cunliffe not qualifying in the 200m I wonder if there's some general difficulty between the athletes (at least some of them) and the coaching staff.

most credible RUMOR I heard at Hayward Field yesterday was that there was some longstanding grudge (don't know between whom) that finally came to a head.
