    It doesn't have to be corruption, just inconsistency or incompetence. This is why WADA send anonymous samples to all labs to ensure they maintain testing standards after certification. Some of them have lost certification because they produced inconsistent results for different samples with same content.

        Simply not buying the Italian court's premise. Other than protection against crimes in Italy, don't see how it has any effect on WADA, WA or the IOC, based on jurisdiction. Would love to read the full decision.
