  • Track town series

Meanwhile on ESPN the Tracktown show is on....entertaining so far with Paul Swangard and Katherine Merry. As a stadium announcer Merry is...well not my cup of tea, but as a commentator she is very good. Swangard is fine.

Very nice triple jumping so far and that women's 800 was a fun race. Roxbury finally gets a sub 2:00.

I've never seen an ad for the Alvord Desert in Eastern Oregon before....I've actually been there.

Centro ran a 1:47 for 800m. Hard to see him medal in Rio.

Yes he took it so seriously....being happily interviewed...before the race and walking straight to the starting line.

He is training through this race. Don't put too much stock into it

OK, who taught Cabral how to hurdle?! Terrible form. Throwing the trail arm back like that slowed him down over every hurdle.

Very enjoyable meet! Good performances across the board. Especially enjoyed the TJ and the w100H. Great m1500, too, with sub-3:35s.

Nice run by the top 3 in the M1500m.

I hope Andrews is just training hard because he doesn't look good. I thought he was running at the back to test his kick, but falls flat.

Damn Francis ran a pretty good leg against William-Mills.

Actually, I am more concerned that Rowbury might be peaking too early.

                            Johnathan or Donn?

Ran a pretty normal race for him and was right where he needed to be at the top of the stretch but didn't have any snap in his legs.
