Well, I find that I do not differ by much but note that Parchment is out because of injury if I recall correctly (woke up late, so groggy).

Not sure whether this is the official thread, but here are some of my comments

You actually have many similar to mine.

      1. M1500m: Not sure if you have read Let'srun interview on Kemboi, but he seems to be in great shape. Not surprised that he will win. I put Kiprop ahead of Manangoi though.

      2. M110h: Yeah Parchment is out.

      3. W100m: You really think SAFP will win? Unless she has been sandbagging all along, I can't see her defend her title.

      4. WTJ: You obviously need to fix the names.

      5. W Hammer: You seriously think Berry can medal???

There's more testosterone in that women's TJ than your average little league baseball team.

now if there would only be a legit reason why she will not run 800, either.

                  Olympics 400m Men - Winner
                  Wayde van Niekerk (RSA) -110
                  Kirani James (GRN) +160
                  LaShawn Merritt (USA) +400

Greatest event in the Rio track meet IMO will be the mens 400M and this Vegas book has it WVN, James, & then Merritt. And they like Bolt to double.
We will see, that 400 is gonna be a barnburner. I dunno any chance they go sub 43 ?

Given Merritt's newly shown turn of speed, I woulda thunk he'd be co-favorite - at least ahead of James.

van Niekerk win over Merritt in the 300m convinced me he has a slight edge over Merritt.

^^ Blake's fitness is a big question mark. If he is truly back to his 2011/12 level, it will be a good thing.

Birech and Koech are not on the team.
Kenya's SC team is Kemboi, C.Kipruto and B.Kipruto.

yes, I'm convinced he'll be ahead at 300m; however, allow me to pint out there's another 100m to go in the Games :-)
