2016 Great Scottish Run is short; Hawkins to lose the Scottish record

I didn't see this posted on the message board nor the main website, but I thought this was interesting.

In short, Hawkins ran a 60:22 half marathon at the Great Scottish Run, but it was discovered now that the route is 150m short.
