Men SP and PV appear to have no established MR. As jeremyp already observed on a London thread, there are quite a few soft MR's.

    Start lists not up yet.

Many MR's are soft (w100 for example) even if many aren't and many of the strongest are the one of races which are actually being contested this year (e.g. mHJ, 2.39 from Bondarenko, or 8.38m LJ, aren't likely to be beaten).

I'm not sure about some MR's.
In DL statistics page, HJ men is 2.39, 1500 women 3'59"53, SP women 19.69. But in this pdf
        https://rabat.diamondleague.com/file...ide__Media.pdf
        (page 23) the MR's are 2.36 - 4'03"22 - 19.68.
They did not consider 2014 results (in Marrakech).
We'll see when startlists come out. Anyway... I'll pick Crouser captain :-).

MR galore and seemingly obvious picks in many events. Hmm, there has to be a catch!

Start Lists are now up. (transfers still closed)

Semenya going up against Miller-Uibo and probably the toughest meet record to attack...

Plenty of options for a change.

This is the toughest race of Semenya's career. I can't see her beating the likes of Miller and Hayes right now.

I can't imagine Semenya or her team expecting her to beat Miller-Uibo and Hayes.

Given what some believe about Semenya then Semenya should prevail

Well, it will be exciting if Semenya decides to double at Worlds!

Not trying to be a smart ass (well maybe a little), but whats the hurry? The dang start lists are usually so fluid that I try not to even think about it until like maybe 48 hours max before the meets starts, because odds are roughly 99.9% that some major player will drop out if you do it four or five days out.

No, it won't be exciting at all if Semenya decides to double. IMO, Semenya's 800 meter races are a complete farce.
