Women picked it back up to 16:21 between 20 & 25K!!
They'd fallen back to 16:32 over the previous 5K!
The 16:21 matches their fastest 5K split!!

Kipsang and pacer Kitwara have dropped out. 30K in 1:27:24, both current and avg now 2:02:56.
Kipruto 9 seconds back, Bekele one minute back.
It's Kipchoge vs. Adola, a debutante, no pacemakers.

Alex Milne still on British National Record pace after 30K!!
He passed that mark in 1:29:37---running alongside Felix Kandie of Kenya!!
In fact, he's close to 2:06:00 pace, well under Jones's NR!!

Picture now frozen for a few minutes. Stuart Storey blabs on and on.
                      Women at 30K 1:38:58 current 2:19:17 avg. 2:19:12
Beriso has dropped back, so Aga, Ayabei and Cherono in contention.

Fascinating pacing on the Women's side---
                        2nd, 4th, and 6th 5000 were 16:32's!
                        3rd & 5th were 16:21!!

If this sequence remains, their next 5K should be another 16:21.
                        LOL

He's GOING to break Steve Jones's 32 year old British NR----unless he totally blows up!!!

A legendary record is going DOWN---by someone I've only heard bits & pieces about!!
