Results are slowly trickling in: http://liveresults.qldathletics.org...._QTC/index.htm

Aussie women's 4*100 (Pearson, Coates, Day, Breen) in fastest team time since 2007: 43.76. Fastest ever team for Pearson.

    It's been a trough. Only #20 Aussie performance all-time.

He's run a PB of 10.26 this year so assuming he'll be the back marker? He's got good 200m strength so should be interesting to see how he gets on. His football background will also mean that he's use to running on grass, well synthetic grass, but a surface other than a track!

Mo Ahmed (Canada) is here for the 1500. Jerry S tends to run his athletes at partial the distance that they will be racing at in the prime competition -- he is down on both the 5000 and 10,000 lists for the CWG.

No major loss as conditions not ideal.

He seems to be more into Rugby League than Union which makes him seem more Aussie than Kiwi to me.
