Is it April 1 again? That looks like a joke. (Esp. the tower).

Pre is spinning in his grave.

On the other hand, when it's done, it will probably be very impressive.

Looks horrible....where is the 12000 stand coming from...that thing is huge..and no picture of the East Grandstand...

Almost all of the meets at Hayward get at most 3000....it is going to be bizarre....all this for one dumb meet....

And to say it's the same Hayward is like tearing down a Frank Lloyd Wright house and putting up a MacMansion....they can build that monstrosity anywhere there is vacant land..and use it for some other purpose......what is so special about 15th and Agate...

      I'm going to throw up...

I wondered about the veracity of it, didn't read the whole thing. If a joke, someone put a lot of effort into it (and feel free to delete the thread, gh.)

            It's real, and it's spectacular.

I just googled U of Oregon and the photo is there, front and center.

Maybe they plan to host the Super Bowl in a few years.

On a quick scan of the text between patients, I didn't see seating capacity.

Maybe the design will diminsh the infamous Hayward Field winds.

Why not the Olympics in this piece of shit.....

The Finest Track Facility in the World...what the hell does that mean...does Knight think 15th and Agate is in London....

                      OK, 12,900, expandable to 30,000.

If this is true, it doesn't look too much different from the stadiums I have visited in Europe with the exception of the tower (whats up with that???). Maybe now, fans from out of town will be able to get a decent seat. That was my main problem with Hayward Field.

Swell...comparing a residential area in Eugene....to European cities....

Again they can put this crap anywhere....

Is this accurate? The field doesn't look nearly long enough for 90m+ throws.
