I think Bloomfield has been under the radar because of injury, but would look for him to be in the top 3-4...

Agree about Bloomfield. This could be a great final.

That second heat with Allen, London and Montgomery will be verrrrry interesting. Top two + two, right?

I'm hoping the only man here who's ran in an Olympic individual 400m final (in 2012!) scrapes through from Semi #1. He's in Lane 7...

After his 43.06r, you'd think he'd realistically be gunning for Kerley's 43.70 CR.

I believe that Norman can go sub-44. But if he doesn't have to he may decide to leave something left over for the 4 x 4.

If He wants to win, I think he is going to have to (or get pretty close). He'll still have enough to split 43 in the 4x4.....

they can all start by today going for the fastest prelim ever. Record is 44.27, making the trivia question du jour, "who was that guy?!"

This is the race of the championships for me. I believe Allen is ready to beat his PR of 44.19 in the final. These semis will be run HARD. Bloomfield if sound should also massively PR. Norman is Norman and Strother does not know the meaning of the word quit
why don't people pronounce vowels anymore
