    I think this race along with the 100m that followed were more affected by the weather than any other races in the meet, and these two races had real CR potential. Besides the obvious, I wonder how much weight the athletes gained as their clothes got soaked while standing in the rain, and how much heavier were their shoes when the gun fired.

    I found it more than a little amusing that it was the Oregon kid(Alaysha Johnson) that couldn't tell the difference between the startlines for the 1500 and 100 hurdles after the ill-advised shift of the straight sprints to the backstretch, leading to TWO start delays in the pouring rain. Even Camacho-Quinn couldn't help throwing a little shade Johnson's way in her post-win interview lol
