          So many moments win or lose a title but the high jump in the rain may have lost it for Georgia. And the Trojans may want to shake Maggie Ewen's hand.

              10 points instead of 2; USC would have had 35 points and been out of the running. As for Frazier in the 5000, I think that she might have gotten the last q slot in the Regional, having been out-kicked by the two others running in the second group for the last auto Q. Not something to count on with the stars that were in that race.

                Ellis redeemed herself and would have also been at fault if they hadn't won because she absolutely botched the third exchange by not giving Hill a proper lead-out. Hill came into the zone 5m ahead of Kentucky in a deadheat with Oregon and Ellis left the zone 10m behind Oregon and a meter behind Kentucky.
