Great end to a long college season from Kahmari Montgomery, with a nice PR. That transfer to Houston seems to have paid off nicely for him.

Houlihan's last lap (1500) of 57.67 must be one of the fastest ever?
Then she was able to handle Schweizer's 2 x 63 sec laps (according to Masback!) and easily outkick the field in the 5k.

I tried to do a stride count on her finish. I did one 11-second interval where I got 22 rights, or 4 steps a second, 240/minute. That is fast turnover even on a bike. I wonder what her last 200 was and last 100.

I looked at it again and stopped it at 15:21.2 and she had 21 rights to the finish, which is 252 steps/min. (and really one or two percent more, so close to 260).
