That was her 18th 400 of the year, which is already more than she ran all of 2017. She isn't very sharp right now, you are correct.

        It's a slow sports day.....

Murphy looked pretty good outkicking Kszczot. Hopefully another indicator that he is getting back to his '16 form.

Whoop! Henderson upsets Elaine Thompson in the 100, 11.07-11.09. Got a great start and held off the Olympic champion.

It's like an overstuffed IWC meet with a few guest stars.

Didn't realize it until I checked the results but Henderson had the best SB in the 100.

Poor girls. Two 400m in 90 minutes.

Damn, fooled by a poor results page.

                      Thanks

Great battle in the w4x400! Okolo had to squeeze every bit of energy she could find to outlean McPherson.

Great race! McPherson definitely leaned way too early. But not sure why Okolo went out wide to lane 2 instead of giving McPherson a clear lane 1 path to challenge for the win.

That WAS an odd move for someone so experienced in relay running.

Thought that she was trying to force her as wide as possible but...

And McPherson leaned a step early

Burrell had a storming anchor to give the U.S. the win in 38.42. Very close race across the track.
