Fray's last two Champ meets - 8th and 8th. Third time might be the charm.

I'm going Allie Wilson for this! Very impressed with her at the East Prelims.

Maybe I've been seduced by super-efficient form again (see Sinclaire Johnson in the 1500) but she's reminiscent for me of Melissa Bishop.

If there was any year for Jasmine Fray to win a NCAA it should have been this year with the absence of Sammy Watson. With that being said, I wouldn't feel confident at all if I had to bet on Jasmine Fray. She looked the best she has all year the other week which is good but she has looked GREAT before and still couldn't finish in the finals. Granted there is no dominate runner like which she has faced the last three years but I don't know of any race script in which she can win. She can't sit and kick in a race because she is not comfortable in that position and she risks getting tangled up out of position doing so. If she leads the race someone for sure will outkick her in the end. Who that will be I have no idea this year as this race is wide open.

I remember being quite impressed with Wilson at the Indoor, but in the last half lap, as I recall, she got eaten alive by the medalists.

Fray always looked out of gas in all the finals she had been in.

Are Allie Wilson or Avi'Tal Wilson-Perteete by any chance related to Ajee?
