Women's Triple Jump on Thursday and Full meet on Friday. Many athletes coming back from Lausanne.

    A few fields:

    M 100m: Lyles vs Gatlin
    W 400mH: McLaughlin
    M TJ: Claye, Taylor, Pichardo
W Mile: Dibaba, Tsegay, Hassan, Chepkoech
    W 200m: SMU vs everyone

Pretty much every event is stacked though as with every year.

I assume that will be out of the stadium. Anyone know exactly where it will be?

It is being held near Port Hercule, probably at (or near) where last year’s shot put was held.

SMU against ET, that's a race to look forward to. And Oduduru in with Lyles and Gatlin.

This will be interesting. Oduduru was supposed to run the 200m in Lausanne, but pulled out last minute. Hopefully we get to see him here.

Hi there, just to say Oduduru pulled out due of Lausanne due to a visa hitch. He is also on the entry list for the Gyulai Istavan memorial tomorrow in Hungary but not sure if he has arrived.

We'll get to see SMU's form tomorrow evening in Hungary, where she'll be up against Ta Lou (her 200 debut this year) & Okagbare, so that will give us and indication of how she will run Friday in Monaco.
Thompson still ran well at Pre despite it being only one week after the JAM trials. She may be in better form in Monaco.
As always, lane draws are going to be critical, and SMU will want an outside lane. All her best races last season over 200m were in an outer lane.

Thanks for the update. Looks like he has withdrawn from the meet in Hungary as well. Hopefully he has things sorted out for Friday in Monaco.
