Why no Sum? I think she'll medal. Am I missing something obvious?

Bissett will surprise. Very good racer on the improve. She could smash her recently set Aussie record.

Interesting as I've read this is Wilson's race to lose, and other opinions that it's wide open.

The NBC Gold announcers were bloviating about how Wilson's 'coming into her own the last few months' and 'how will she handle being the favorite', etc, as if she's made some dramatic improvement this year, with no word on why she is now the favorite compared to the past few years.

Sum was 4th in h2, so will have to advance on time (2:02.17).

Bissett showing the effects of a too-long year perhaps. Worst race by far in 2019.

Bissett surprised, but not in that way.

Real shame. Nice run from Morgan Mitchell though.
