The meet today is so sparsely attended. The atmosphere is not nearly exciting as the athletes deserve. REALLY looking forward to watching the Tokyo Olympic Games, and Eugene, which I hope to see in person...

Well, the US was picked for 7 and 9, finishing in 2, 4, and 5. So who was it that said that the US was having a terrible Championship?

Didn't they stop the HT final for a few minutes anyway?

DAS' BBC interview almost brought me to tears! She is so lovely. I'm very happy for her.

She would have won this race if none of the ladies dropped out. Aside from SMU, DAS showed she is the clear #2 200m runner in the world.

As a fan, it would be really hard to cheer against DAS no matter what country you personally root for. Very classy. Despite the absences of the other top names, she deserves all the credit in the world - I don't think anyone, except SMU, was going to be beating her tonight.

Champion of the World, DAS. Well deserved.

Happy for Kambundji, her 1st individual medal at a major.

just so the tech side is clear: there's no "rounding" involved.

the initial time that comes up is an eyebeam; the official time (usually 0.01 faster) comes off the camera.
