2004 Jr Nats - WHERE?

I recall somewhere along the way there was a plan to stage the 2004 Jr Nats along with the Oly Trials. But after looking at the T&FN 2004 schedule I guess this is out since the IAAF WOrld Jr Meet is at that same time. So then - where and when will the 2004 Jr Nats be?

At the Home Depot Invitational, those associated with the Home Depot Center stated they had submitted a bid for the 2004 USATF Juniors.
