Unsubscribing from track list

Does anyone have the specific command instructions for unsubscribing from the track and field list? Thanks.

Post nothing in the subject header.

In the body of the message, write simply:

unsubscribe t-and-f

You should get an e-mail back allowing you to confirm your removal.

You might be sending in HTML format instead of plain text and that would get kicked. Some AOL people had problems relating to this.
Check your settings.
