US Team for IAAF World Youth Meet?

Does anybody know where I can find a list of the US team? Also how is the team selected?

Top athletes at Jr Oly & Youth Nats from last year who don't turn 18 this yr and meet the event standards given by the IAAF. Anyone selected based upon this criteria must compete in this years Youth Nats in Buffalo to show fitness in order to go to Canada the next week.
