    Man, I ate at a Mexican food restaraunt the other day, and the chips and salsa were top notch. That was a good lunch. I'll go there again later this week.

    I agree with this! I love chips and dip. They are my favorite part of eating at a Mexican food restaraunt!

    Hey, bean dip, put that garbage down and eat some real food. Focus on fruits, vegetables, complex carbos, and lean meat. These are the foods that make one a great runner. Forget the junk food!
