Was the USATF 800 meter originally scheduled for 2 rounds and then changed to 3. I noticed that the entry target was 24. Then on the womens side I guess it was decided to let all the "B" qualifiers in and a total of 31 declared. Then when it was actually time to race only 24 women ran.
