How many of you think the team of Jon Drummond, Maurice Greene,Bernard Williams, and Tim Montgomery can break the world record of 37.40? This would be the order I would put them in. Jon is the best leadoff leg and has the best reaction time to the gun. Mo would run 2nd because he and jon train together, plus the 2nd leg is the longest so Mo would get a chance to build up his speed. Bernard would run 3rd because he has always been consistent in the 200 and runs the curve really hard. Tim would be last because no disrespect ,but I don't trust him passing the baton. He does have probably the best acceleration on the team. This is probably a difficult lineup because all the egos.(the last 3 would want to be the anchor), but you got to look out for the team.

Re: world championships 4x100 (men's) WR?
If you look at the other post on your other thread I don't think this will happen, a world record that is. Based on the Research I've made and presented using the current national relay technique the they may come could to the world record. Using another technique (which won't happen) the Drummond Williams, Montgomery, Greene squad could very well run under 36.90 (37.30- 36.87) by time efficiency charts. Anybody agree, disagree?
