Well, I suppose we should just eliminate local police and the FBI, since we can't eradicate crime. We should also get rid of ethics boards for lawyers since we all know they don't have any ethics anyway.

Eradicate? You might as well try to eradicate drug use in society. Should stop trying? Of course not. But let's not go crazy. Let's implement tough drug testing policies (they seem to be working, but they can be improved). Let's retroatively pull WR's from anyone testing positive (not for stimulants) even if set years before.
