Dick Pound is right about baseball's current drug policy. It is a joke. But in order to be fair, it should also be noted that Dick Pound is the single biggest joke in the business.

Let me see if I have this right. WADA head Dick Pound is chastising the U.S. mightily because their pro football and baseball teams are not fully on board with his (correct) view of drug testing.

What major pro sport in North America is doing by far the least to check on steroids? That would be hockey.

Hockey is the national sport of what country? That would be Canada.

I'm no Hockey fan, but I'd bet that Hockey has the lowest percentage of steroid abusers compared to the NFL and MLB.

It would be interesting to see how the NBA and NHL stack up against the two dirtiest sports. Outside track and field, that is.

Pound is the idiot who said WADA did not need 2 samples to prove Armstrong guilty of steroid abuse. A test on a the B sample needs approval from Armstrong according to WADA guidelines. Disclosure of Armstrong a as having sample tested also broke a rule.
If he says rules are ok to break in certain cases, then what other rules were broken by evaluators?
He is unethical and a poor leader for an organization which requires complete obedience to rules and procedures.
