What the hell is Moses talking about? Does he live on the same planet the rest of us do? "Growth of drug use"!!!???!!!??? compared to the '70s and '80s. He's full of sh!t. 100% full of it.

I think you meant to put quotes around your excerpt. Had to go back and look at the article. You guys looked like you were contradicting each other.
